    Aarna-One, Abhee, Miraee, and Mondee One — AI-native B2B travel platforms handling 1M+ search requests a day.

    Current build: Aarna-One and Abhee — a paired platform for creating travel experiences and selling them, owned end to end (pre-launch). Building conversational AI travel-planning agents (in beta): chat that remembers a traveler's preferences, history, and interests to personalize planning — owned end to end, from the UI through the APIs to the agent-orchestration logic, across OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude models.

    Architected the shared web-component design system: 140+ components from atomic to page level, framework-agnostic (React, Angular, Vue, Next.js), consumed by 3 products and used company-wide. The platforms serve 30–40 B2B clients, hundreds of sales agents, and hundreds of thousands of travelers.

  2. Haven Technologies — Front-end Developer

    Digital life-insurance purchase platform (Simple and Partner Portal).

    Angular 11→14 + Node 14→18 migration, zero production regressions

    Led the front-end migration from Angular 11 to 14 and Node 14 to 18 across two products with zero production regressions. Shipped a fully accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA, audited) flow for purchasing term life insurance in under 15 minutes — ~150k policy applications for MassMutual clients at a 55% purchase-flow completion rate, with a fallback Accidental Death path for declined applicants.

    Built CI/CD pipelines in GitLab + Jenkins and introduced Docker for local-dev parity — a six-person team shipping an audited, accessibility-first product.

  3. Zipari — Software Engineer, Frontend

    Feb 2020 – Jul 2022

    Configurable health-insurance UX platform sold to leading US payers.

    White-label platform deployed by 5 US payers; ~40% faster deployments

    Mentored a team of 5–7 offshore engineers across Member Portal, Provider Portal, CX 360, and Service Center. Shipped a white-label health-insurance experience — policies, coverages, claims, dependents, benefits — deployed by 5 US payers, fully JSON-driven so each multi-million-dollar client ran its own configuration.

    Reduced deployment time ~40% through a Jenkins pipeline overhaul; implemented OAuth / token-based authentication on the frontend. Core team of five.

  4. Vanguard — Front-end Developer

    Apr 2019 – Jan 2020

    Institutional form digitization for multi-million-dollar institutional clients.

    All 27 institutional forms digitized — 5–7 days by mail to minutes

    Digitized all 27 Investment Only institutional forms as complex multi-step Reactive Forms in Angular 8 — turnaround that took 5–7 days by mail and manual entry dropped to minutes, adopted by ~5k institutional clients. Authored unit and end-to-end tests (Jasmine, Karma, Cucumber) lifting coverage on critical paths.

    Embedded on-site with the client: gathered requirements directly from stakeholders and enforced code quality across the 8-engineer team inside a 15-person delivery org.

  5. CVS Health — Angular Developer

    Aug 2016 – Mar 2019

    CVS.com (Minute Clinic, Store Locator) and Formulary Management System.

    Sole web engineer; formulary UI used by a 364-person operations team

    Sole web engineer — alongside 8 backend Java engineers and a PM — on the Formulary Management System: the customer and drug-rules UI used daily by a 364-person operations team, supporting formulary operations behind ~1.9B prescription claims a year. Delivered the Minute Clinic appointment-booking flow on cvs.com (~80M monthly visits), which later became critical infrastructure for COVID-19 vaccine scheduling.

    Built the Store Locator covering all ~10k US locations — still live today. Migrated legacy JSP pages to Angular 4 single-page architecture across multiple cvs.com modules. Client-embedded on-site for the full engagement.

Fifteen engineers, eight interns, every standup. I lead a team of 15 engineers and 8 interns — morning and evening standups, unblocking offshore handoffs. We shipped the quarter's highest-velocity sprint together.

Break production, pay the jar. I introduced a Glass Jar accountability practice: engineers who contribute to production-breaking changes pay into a shared kitty, redeemed as Friday team outings. Repeat regression incidents dropped measurably — and code review got a lot more honest.
